This reconstruction of an apartment building from the late 19th century (rebuilt in 1925) is palatial type. The house was in accordance with valid building permit reconstructed again in an apartment building with eight apartments.
The first underground floor with window openings above the walkway is defined as part of leasable office part plan is designed as a hall with space for guarding the house, along with control of the main functions of HVAC and access from the entrance area to the elevators APS. One Travée to Water Street is reserved for entry into the APS and stacker.
The second underground floor is designed as storage spaces for each apartment, central space of engine rooms and technical equipment of buildings. One Travée to Water Street is reserved for APS.
