CPI Property Group has launched the construction of a design for the new IGY Centre in České Budějovice.

The first stage will concern the reconstruction of the existing, already twelve years open commercial centre and the second stage will be about the new IGY Centrum. Both will offer more than 29 thousand square metres of sales space with a total of 130 shops and 700 parking spaces. Both buildings will be connected by a shopping arcade over the existing Pekárenska Street.

Our company will supply this building and install high-voltage current distribution system and M and R.
